I'd be looking for any logs/errors from the installer and trying to isolate why it's having an issue connecting to our website.

I updated windows update several times and the installation could be done. Your P6 plane is operational. However when I open the simu P3DV45, I have the following message "Can not start the program because it is missing Simconnect.dll on your computer Try to reinstall the program to correct this problem" But P3D still opens. I look for...

This sounds like either a part of the simulator or a program that is set to start with your simulator is having an issue. Are there any pieces of the message that indicate the source? (A path, application name, etc.?)

The window is titled "logiFlightsimX.exe";note that p3d is launched despite the message.
