Hi,
while taxiing going hard from left to right, the tail wheel jumps in the wrong direction for a short moment.

That's normal. In abrupt, speedy changes of turn direction, tail wheel at first moment follows the current direction even though the rudder is opposite, until rudder authority overcomes inertia and aircraft starts turning to the commanded side.

Please check in the picture:

1) Rudder is commanding a right turn. Aircraft has just starter to turn. TW is under rudder control
2) Aircraft is turning right. TW is following turn's direction.
3) Rudder starts moving opposite of turn. Aircraft stays in current turn's direction. TW is under rudder control
4) Rodder keeps increasing towards opposite of turn. Aircraft follows current turn's inertia. TW still under rudder control.
5) Rudder at max deflection towards opposite of turn. Aircraft reaches max inertial direction. TW changes to free castor and then follows inertial direction.
6) Rudder keeps commanding a left turn. Aircraft is out of inertia and starts rotating towards commanded turn. TW is again under rudder control.
7) Rudder still in a left turn position. Aircraft already turning left.TW is following the direction of turn, still under rudder control.

This is the basic behavior. Sometimes animation might be not as smooth as desired -most notable when aircraft balances either side-, but the idea prevails.

Many thanks for your efforts and for the detailed explanation. I am impressed that even such things were implemented in the simulation to get close to reality. With every flight in this great aircraft, I still discover more details.
