Serial Key could not be validated!!!?

Hi,

Seriously, what's wrong with your validation system???

This is the second time I have had this message with your products! The first one here: http://www.milviz.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=220&t=11201

The second time is with the PC-6 purchased and validated since the day one!

"The serial key you entered could not be validated. This could be........... Please contact support"

-E:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\SimObjects\Airplanes\MV_PC-6_Base

-P3Dv4.5hf2 academic.

-PC6 v1.190823

Am I going to have this problem (time-consuming) with all my Milviz planes? Sorry for not being very pleasant, but...!!

I'm having exactly the same issue - I've mailed them about it yesterday but haven't received any reply from them yet. The aircraft was flying for a day and then I started getting the message :

Invalid Activation

Your activation is invalid or had reached it limit. Please contact support.

I contacted them but no reply yet. I also uninstalled and re-installed but still the same problem.

As mentioned in my previous post, I had the same problem with the T-38A Redux in October (since resolved).

...Question, please, can I expect to have this problem again with:

B-55
310 Cessna
DHC-2 Beaver
P-38L
F-4E
F-4E/J/S Advanced
F-100D
T-38A Advanced
T-38C Advanced

...being all the Milviz aircraft I bought?

If you're frequently reinstalling or installing on many machines, requiring an activation reset is a possibility.

Hi,

I have never reinstalled any product that works, which was the case just before this invalid key message came out of nowhere.
In addition, I only have one computer, which was last modified a year or two ago, my 1080TI video card.

Out of all those, only the T-38s have activation and they do it differently to the PC-6 so you shouldn’t have issues.
