bugs: DME NAV1/2 knob, fuel selector tooltip, C310_Logic.xml

Thank you for the v20180220 update!

A small problem that has been introduced at some point in the past is this:

The small white line that indicated whether NAV1 or NAV2 is selected no longer is on top of the solid button, but inside the hollow button pictured above.
Because it is partially hidden by the knob surface, it is hard to see from the usual viewing angles.

Another small bug is that the VC tooltip for the right fuel selector reads "Fuel Select Left" instead of "Fuel Select Right".

Additionally there are two almost identical files, the first looks like the correct one (with fuel selector handling):

And there is another copy of C310_Logic.xml (without the fuel selector handling) inside C310_XMLGauges.CAB, which is still used by panel.freeradio/Panel.cfg and panel.G1000/Panel.cfg.

There should not be any "loose" .xml files anywhere in any folder...
