C310R in P3Dv4

just for info:
As far as I understand, the older 310 is not supported in P3Dv4.
I've saved the old installers over the years and found that the first one
I've got (v012011) is working pretty well in v4.5 . The later versions
won't install, won't show up in P3D or have a gauge error.
There is the well known fuel-flow indicator issue present, but the
internals (the LVAR) is correct - it will show the correct FF with
external instruments (like Air Manager).
