Missing font (?) after reinstall

Hi,

I recently reinstalled Win10, P3D and all my addons on a new SSD. Ever since that reinstallation, I seem to be missing a font. Check out the Autopilot in this screenshot -- that's not how it's supposed to look, right?

Any advice on how I could fix this? Reinstalling the 310R again didn't help.

Copy/Paste these four font files from the sim's ..\fonts folder to your Windows ../fonts folder. They are supposed to be automatically recognized by Windows, but with Win10 who knows?

1. DS-DIGI.TTF
2. DS-DIGIB.TTF
3. DSDIGII.TTF
4. DSDIGIT.TTF

Funny story, I didn't have any of those fonts in my current P3D\Fonts folder. I was able to restore two of them (DS-DIGI*.TTF) from a pre-reinstall backup, not sure where they came from, or where to get the other two.

Are all four fonts supposed to come with the C310R? Or should they've been included with P3D?

I don't run any "real-time" anti-virus snake oil on my system (instead, I scan offline), and I'm pretty sure the C310R installer ran "as admin", so I'm not sure what could've prevented those files from being installed. When I re-ran the installation right now, I couldn't see any messages about the fonts being extracted in the log.

I don't honestly remember which of the four fonts are actually used off hand. They came as a set and I simply included all of them in the installer package.

The KAP140 uses DS-Digital Bold Italic and DS-Digital Bold. Given the font names, DS-DIGIT.TTF and DS-DIGIB.TTF are the ones used.

If you double-click on the font filename, you can 'preview' the font and read the internal name on the top blue bar. You can also "Install" the fonts from that same top blue bar's menu.

I can confirm that installing the both fonts I mentioned fixed the problem for me. Still, I believe it might be worth investigating why the installer (v1.160726) does not always extract and copy the fonts to the P3D\Fonts\ folder.
