Failure Identification Code
Hi!
I'm not sure how to interpret the failures panel on the 310.
I have code 11.1 004 18 showing atm.
As per doc it means : failure active, In-flight Component Failures, Phase 4/EL_ALT1. But Phase 4 means it is ARMED, not yet triggered. How must I understand "armed"?
The code also shows the LAST failure. Does it mean that if another one gets triggered or armed during same flight, the code will change?

Re: Failure Identification Code
The DME readout shows three numbers that identify a failure that has been
armed or triggered. If the display shows all zeros no failure has occurred
during this flight. If it shows numbers, they will be for the LAST failure armed
or triggered: only one failure report is preserved, and any subsequent failure
will overwrite any existing report.
Armed means exactly that. Until you see 005 (triggered) then it will fail.
