Using P3D V4.3

Shut down my flight in the air, did a save. Before restarting I unchecked "Load Cold and Dark State" in MVAMS. Upon reloading the saved flight noticed the following did not save their state from the previous flight:

• Fuel went to all tanks full
  All avionics were turned off...although master avionics switch was on
  Cowl flaps were open
  Auto Pilot off...although the aircraft was holding previous heading and altitude
