You should be able to temporarily disable an addon without uninstalling it, but...

Try Jonathan's idea first.
Rename your DRIVE:\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\SimObjects\Airplanes\MV_Twinkie\Panel\panel.cfg to Panel.cfgOld
Then unzip this

Installed the new panel config,
now is better than the 8fps i fly at 12-16fps..
any suggest?
Ram usage is always 8gb

The new panel.cfg worked for me: no more having to double select the aircraft to get the full fps.

Bob, yes work better but some aircraft function or options not work, like realLight..

Try unzipping this into your panel folder. It has RealLight enabled again, but the texture sizes are reduced.

Tried the new panel solutions but lights not work...
than also, wx can-t be used otherwise all is the same as before...
Option on MVAMS can't be change cause than the panel go back to the original ...
I'm really sorry but I think there are too much problems to resolve...
I ask for change the license to another aircraft...i don-t like to have one that
not work properly or work at half and in different way from specs..
I'm really sorry...
Let me know how we can do for change it or for a refund..

One last thing to try (if you haven't already):
Delete your Prepar3D.cfg and shaders folder

Local Disk (C:) ► Users ► You ► AppData ► Roaming ► Lockheed Martin ► Prepar3D v4 - Prepar3D.cfg
Local Disk (C:) ► Users ► You ► AppData ► Local ► Lockheed Martin ► Prepar3D v4 - Shaders

Please also ensure that you have the latest graphics drivers for your video card

At the moment you seem to be the only one who still hasn't managed to resolve this problem, and it seems it is more an issue with Prepar3d than it is with our product. Let us know if this solves your issue.
