Dear Sirs, I have purchased your new Twin Turbo Otter. Unfortunately it seems the repainters have left the part behind and underneath the rudders (is it called a stabilizer?) in simple grey. Is this correct? I would expect this area should have the same colour as the rest of the plane. Thanks for your feedback - or even for a correction.

Yes, You have right, it was noticed before.
Maybe option for the future.

To date, some updates have been implemented but NO CHANGE on this repaint issue.

i posted this a while ago but you wouldn't believe - it wasn't corrected so far. for a profi repainter this is a minor fix in my opinion and can be done within an hour. you don't even have to provide an update but simply make the new corrected DDs files available for download. mistakes like this shouldn't happen to a high end company. if it's already a good product why not go the extra mile and make it perfect instead. i'm hoping for a fix.

This product is long since finished and there are no more service packs coming for it.

You are right, but as you can see, my first message about it was in 2018. To date, no correction. I only asked for the corrected DDS files (not another update)

Sometimes it's not so simple. If the texture wasn't assigned on the model then the model would have to be corrected / re-exported etc.
