Some Problems with DHC-3T in FSXA

Hi
1. I cannot create a DHC-3T standard situation without loss of TrackIR5 (or EZCA?).
Selecting the DHC-3T from Free Flight Scenario will always result in loss of TrackIR.
Turbo Otter saved flight is ALWAYS withour TrackIR!
TrackIR only works with standard situation with Turboprop default or e.g. Carenado ac and then selecting DHC-3T.
This is in conflict with your instructions.
Questions: Is this problem isolated to my FSX and is it OK to use e.g. a C208 Turboprop default ac free flight situation?
2. Most of the time, in outside view the left pilot is sitting on the edge of his seat, about half meter from the backrest.
3. In the load menu of FSXA the Pilot rightside shows only with 98 lbs = a boy.
4. Cargo version: Activating all freight options is resulting in overweight and crash of e.g. the Amphibians when loading.
Before Loading e.g. the amphibian model I have to correct the loads in FSXA.
Wouldn't it be better to lower the selectable weights of the cargos in order the load and cog remains within the ac envelope?
Thanks for your looking into these points.
Ernst
