A few impressions

Since I experienced the DHC-3T as a passenger on some flights with Kenmore Air in Seattle a few years ago, I wished to have this airplane in my simulator. When Milviz announced the DHC-3T I had to have it! Maybe I should have waited some time until the first issues and bugs are removed, but I was not patient. And the more I fly this airplane the more I like and enjoy it!
I particulary like the turbine startup procedure which feels so much like what I experienced in the RW DHC-3T. The flight dynamics seem very believable and make the flying experience smooth and convincing.

While doing all kind of manoeuvres I noticed that the yaw effectiveness is quite limited. It is not possible to perform a proper sideslip with the current settings. Increasing this value in the aircraft.cfg led to better results.

What I remember from my passenger flights and see from several youtube videos is a certain discrepancy between the flap settings. In this DHC-3 there is one flap setting for takeoff and landing. But this setting corresponds to a lot of flaps! The flaps on this aircraft are huge and consist of inner and outer flaps (the latter with flap and aileron function). In reality this setting is not often used for takeoff, not even for normal landings, except some short-field operation. The flap extension which corresponds to the indication „climb“ is more suitable. Maybe you could check this again, Miliviz team?

In the turbine version, the takeoff and landing settings are the same. That is different from the piston version.
