No REX/Milviz WX in FSX-Steam version!

Hi!

There is supposed to be a working weather radar from Milviz/REX in this plane.
In MVAMS I think they mean the option default WX.

When I select this (twice actually in MVAMS) and choose the Turbo Otter I get an error 11.... MV_WX.dll not compatible with this simulator.
It is in the VC and I can start it but it shows no clouds or terrain.

I cannot find anything about this WX in the folders either.

Any suggestions?
