Couple of questions....?

Hello Milviz,
Thank you for a great aircraft.
Just a couple of questions if I may....?
1) are the Ski's suppose to come up and down via the "GEAR LEAVER" -next to the co-pilots seat? If so mine does not work?! The handle does not move nor do the skis go up or down.
2) Is the Heading Bug indicator suppose to move in 10 degree increments...? If so mine does.
