DHC3 Float crashing P3D V4.5.12.30293

On May 9th I upgraded the sim to version above. Trying to load aircraft at ORBX Squamish Water port. Have had the plane for about 12 months but haven't used it due to problems with WX Radar. When load process is complete and PD3 finishes, the screen goes bank and top bar reports "program not responding" and eventually crashes to desk top.

No problems loading Carenado Skylane at same location nor any other aircraft or location.

System is: i7-8700K 8th gen CPU 6cores 12MB, 4.7GHz max turbo.ASUS ROG STRIX IntelZ370 Motherboard.8GB INNO3D nVidia GTX 1080

Your advice please....is there a problem using V4.5.12 Prepar3d??
