Fuel management DHC-3 Turbo

Embarassed to ask this but I have combed the manual and web searches.
Is fuel management modelled on the DHC-3 Turbo? How does one reduce or increase the amount of fuel carried by the plane at start up. There is no option in MVAMS, nor in the add on options.Thanks

Use the sim's built in Fuel and Payload menu.
