Otter won't start/ fuel pressure issue

Can someone please give me some advice with engine start up issues I am having? When I run the boost pump and the primer I can't seem to build fuel pressure for engine start. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Could you tell us in more detail exactly what procedure you are using and the results?
