After installing both the DHC-3 Otter AND the 310 Redux, I get this same error message and then P3D 4.5 locks up. I have tried everything I can think of. All of my other 3rd party aircraft work fine. I am running the latest version of P3D 4.5. There error message says:

Have no idea what to do. The sound in my P3D install works fine. I do have Flight1 GTN 650/750 installed and it is updated to the latest version. I also just installed the MilViz Huey, and it works fine. Not sure why I get this message for the Otter and 310.

Looks like a possible sound card error. Will check further.

Any further information on this error? I sure would love to be able to fly my MilViz fleet again.

Afraid not. Try the following:

Download this and let it unpack to a temporary folder in a location of your choice.
Then go to that folder and run the dxsetup.exe in it.

Gave it a shot, but that did not work. Still same issue.
