Can't find the Otter GEN switch

When I fly this plane the Generator warning light is flashing. I have looked for but been unable to find the Generator Switch to turn it on. The manual tells me that this switch is located on the electrical panel below the flight instruments and is marked GEN. Also, is there a way to plug in the headsets, I see no sockets to plug them into.
