What is likely happening here is that the WX isn't even installed. Verify that it is either in the same panel folder as that panel cfg or in your gauges folder please.

What is the name of the WX file (s) I have to look for? Is it a simple gauge or a cab file?

I have located that file in the DHC-3 Otter Milviz/panel folder. Any other ideas?

It is the same panel folder from which you posted that panel cfg?

If you right click on it and go to properties->Details, what sim does the description say it is for?

it says for FSX SP2, which is the sim I am using.

I have copied the file from the DHC-3 base panel folder to the panel.mv530_430wx folder where the panel.cfg I have posted is located but it made no difference, sorry

Then open the MV_WX.dll in it and collapse the lists in the red boxed area you see in the screenshot below. Take a screenshot and post here.

You are missing the correct SimConnect library and the VS2015 C++ x86 libraries. Run the x86 version of this: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downloa ... x?id=53587

You are a star !! All's well now, couldn't be happier.

BTW do you know is there is a way for users of the ELITE King Air throttle to programme the throttle to make it move the throttle and prop levers in the Otter? The mixture lever moves but not the other two and since the ELITE throttle cannot not be accessed through FSX or FSUIPC. Any help is very much appreciated.

Unfortunately, not owning such a piece of hardware myself (I don't think anyone else on the team does either) I can't help there.

I will purchase the long overdue Milviz KA350 once its out and lots of buyers will expect it to work well with their ELITE throttles.

Yes I have owned the pre-release KA a year or two ago I think but don't have it on my HD anymore.

Took a short hop in the KA and everything works perfectly with the ELITE King Air throttle. Have forgotten how well that KA is done. Why does it take you guys that long to get it out again?
