DLL.XML not found FIXED User Error
Installed by the book with everything off that needs to be.
Had a similar issue with the beaver install, and I managed to fix that, but I can't seem to get the same fix to work.

I've tried everything. My otter is still not working. I will need someone to contact me to sort out the issues please.
