SU9 Breaks another great plane

Loadout tablet no longer works, just a blank screen so you cannot remove wheel chocks or change the loadout. I don't think there is a keybind to bypass this that I've been able to find.

Poor thing is grounded, who knew a couple of pieces of wood would be the demise of the gull winged beauty.

Are you sure this isn't a conflict with another add-on? I haven't seen other complaints outside of yours.

I was really hoping this would be the cause because that is an easy fix but no, i cleared out my community folder, only thing in there is the corsair and still just a white blank tablet

Weird. It's still working fine for me here. I remember that the tablet broke when SU5 came out (I think) are you sure you have the service pack version not the original one?

I would uninstall it. Make sure the folder is completely gone from your community folder.

Browse to:

C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\packages\ delete the milviz-corsair folder if there is one.

Then reinstall it being sure to right click / run as admin on the installer file.

Please note the path above is for MS store version it is slightly different for steam but a search of your c drive the the milviz-corsair folder should find it for you.

There has to be something external interfering is all I can think or a video driver gone wrong...

Are you using DX12 beta?

I don't know, it's driving me crazy

I am running DX11, I changed over to DX12 to see what would happen, no change, no tablet still, plane is stuck in the chalks even porting onto a runway with the engine running

I changed back to DX11 and removed everything again from my community folder, only thing in there is the corsair, still a white tablet, plane is stuck in the chalks.

holy crap I got it fixed I think but I need advice on the next step, so I uninstalled it again, removed all the corsair folders, but then I found my original email where I purchased it and got the download link, downloaded that version and installed, voila! i have a tablet back and i can fix the loadout and remove the chocks!

I then uninstalled it, cleaned all the folders then installed the updated version and we're back in business, been so long since I've been able to fly it that I'm absolute trash with it now but relearning is part of the fun.

All I can figure is there was a corruption that just wasn't going away and re-installing the old version again somehow cleared it out.

It's possible at some step you may have not run the installer as an admin and the installer couldn't remove or change some files. Only seen this one other time but usually installing the original then uninstalling it again will fix it.

Seems like you were stuck in the old version.
