Missing invoice, download-link and email after buying 737200

I seem to have not been giving a download link or invoice from my purchase on august the 1st on thursday earlier this month. I have a transaction withdrawing money from my paypal account and it even tells me what product it was, and that it was from this site, I've also checked spam folders and nothing is in there either. I made another purchase off the corsair and received that one, checked my download area's, but no 737-200... at least I can confirm I surely don't have it. I will provide proof off purchase from my paypal transaction here or if you want me to or send it to a private email you guys have for these problems I will do that... I tried asking about it using the contact area on the milviz store site but no response has been giving for 5days, I am thinking the forums will be quicker.
