Access to MD530F Support Forum

I purchased the MD530F yesterday and received an email indicating:

Just a quick note to let you know that your support forum access has been updated to reflect your recent order.
MD530F Multi-Installer Standard Edition
All the best and thank you for choosing Milviz again - Osh (actually a beta robot masquerading as Osh)

However, when I go to the Support Forum the MD530F forum isn't listed/displayed alone with UH1 and B407 support forum threads for which I have access. What do I need to do to get access the MD530F forum?
