Type ident for ATC added lines for Otter

If you add the following to your aircraft cfg, ATC will identify your type as DeHavilland Otter. Must have editvoicepack installed

atc_type=DeHavilland
atc_model=OTTER
performance=
prop_anim_ratio=
Category=airplane
