Hi everyone, i bought the MV310R for MSFS2020, did pay, money went out from my account, but then when i click one the download link i get the message " Access to this file has expired. Contact the merchant for acces" ehh expired in just seconds :) event download no even once, that was 7 hours ago, i did wrote to Milviz, but havent got any help yet. Has any of you had same issue ? any idea ?

Hello,

It is usually due to an incorrect country being selected during purchase so the right VAT wasn't charged and the order frozen.

There are a couple of other threads on this I have left here in general support.

I believe I have responded to you via email already to resolve this.
