Hi all,

I got the email saying that I'd been added to the 2020 C310R support forum. I can see it in my profile usergroups page, but don't actually see the support forum as being available (i.e. same place as I can see the 310R Redux support forum).

Is there something I need to select somewhere that I missed?

is the forum. I will remove you and readd you to see if that fixes it.

I am having the same problem. Purchased the C310 36 hours ago and I don't have access to the support forum.
Appreciate it if someone would look into this.

It also showed you as being on the support forum. I removed and added you back in. Try again.

I can't find an order with your email attached to it. If you bought it on the MS store email me a proof of purchase and I will add you.
