Pilatus PC-6 Tablet not working (MSFS2020)

Hello there,
I downloaded twice the PC6, making sure that my anti-virus is off, and I still can't configure the plane because the tablet is not working: pressing the button of the tablet makes it coming up vertically, but it does not switch it on.
Also, the two Garmin 1000 screen remain quite dark compared to other planes, making difficult to read them in both 2D and VR mode. (see picture attached)
Can you help ? Do I miss something simple in the installation?

Do you have any mods installed in the Community folder? Can you please try removing all mods?

I should have added that, yes I run MSFS with the Community folder totally empty, and got the same thing: tablet not working. I also tried without the G1000NXi and with the G1000 from GitHub: still not working. I have the REALSIMGEAR hardware and I tried without it: same thing. I reinstalled it (with a second download with absolutely no anti-virus) and run the MSFS with only that: same thing. Am I really the only one with this issue? I am thinking to re-buy it from the MSFS Market Place and download it from there, but any chance that will fix it ?

There has been 1 other, but his sim ended up being messed up and required a full reinstall, he has not since reported back.

As I said , please do not re buy it as we cannot do any refunds of stuff bought on marketplace and I believe there is zero difference between the two versions.

Thanks for the reply. Just let me add that I am not after refunding. Being a real pilot, I just want it to work, even if it would cost me double (I'd like to practice a few glaciers before going for real with a friend and for that I need the tablet to work to configure with skis) . I just thought that, perhaps, downloading from Market place might have different filters regarding anti-virus and could be a "cleaner" download ?

I'm pretty sure this is a conflict with another MS Store add on. Which one I can't say.

Can you provide a list of other store aircraft you have? Also are you running the steam version or MS version?

I am running a boxed version (Premium Deluxe).
I have lots of planes but as I already said, the tablet is not working when my community folder is empty. So, I just list here the planes downloaded and installed from MS Market places: A4 SKYHAWK; Aerolite 103; AVIAT Husky A-1C; Cessna L-19 Bird Dog; ; F-14 A/B Tomcat; Junkers Ju 52; Kitfox STI; P-40B Tomahawk; T-45C Goshawk; Top Rudder 103 Solo. CARENADO: Cessna CT182 Skylane - M20R Ovation - PA28R Arrow III - PA34T Seneca V - PA44 Seminole and last one from Carenado: WYMF5. Hope this will help, thank you.

Can you post a list of what controller hardware you are using, I'm wondering if something is driving that brightness knob to minimum position.

The other 2 cases of this said the same thing (Can't turn the knob) so I'm searching for the commonality between you guys. It has to be controller related or another product is interfering with the operation of the brightness knob.

Also are you by chance using FSUIPC?

Here are my controllers: HoneyComb Alpha and HoneyComb Bravo and Saitek X52Pro (both joystick and throttle). Note that I also have the 4 screens for REALSIMGEAR, i.e. GNS5330 - GFC500 - G100XFD and G5 as hardware plugged in.
As for FSUIPC, no, I don't use it but I used/tried it long ago but it was trouble anyway. The thing is, I am not sure wether it is uninstalled properly, or if it is running in the background for Xplane11 or Steam FSX? so how can I be sure it is all removed, where are the files normally ?
