[SOLVED]FG1D Corsair makes my MSFS2020 CTD.
Guys,
Greetings and good day to you. This is my first time here in this support forum. I need help with my issue. This is recently just happens to me after I try to rearranged all my mods in my MSFS2020 Community folder. Rearranged meaning by making a subfolder in the Community folder like Aircraft for Aircraft, Liveries for liveries , Scenery folder for Scenery etc.
So once I done that, I start the Sim but it can't detect all my mods. So I exit from the Sim, normalised back all content in the Community folder. I then start again the sim and it can find all my third party mods including the FG1D.
Here when the problem start. I select the Corsair and click fly and the sim crash. I did a couple of time and still crash. So I select different aircraft B747, H145, A320 (Asobo) and the sim didn't crash.
So I delete the FG1D folder and do a new installation, run the sim, select the corsair and the sim crash. I check my installation folder and I notice that the Corsair has two location:
1 at :C:\Users\camov\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages\milviz-corsair
2 at H:\Game\steamapps\common\MicrosoftFlightSimulator\Community\milviz-corsair
So beside than just delete the corsair folder at the location shown above is there some where else I need to delete/remove so I can do a clean and fresh install?
Appreciate for all assistance to get my Corsair flying again guys.

Try uninstalling the plane using the Control Panel in Windows.
Is never a good idea just moving folders around. MSFS and other installers have registered the location of your Community folder in one location and cannot change it on the fly

Temporarily remove all other folders from community except the corsair and try it out. If it works, it's a conflict with another addon. You can then start adding folders back in to see where the issue is.

Re: FG1D Corsair makes my MSFS2020 CTD.
Hi, I do per your suggestion but still CTD right before I start the engine (in Cold&Dark State). I tried another method by starting at the runaway. Full throttle and CTD as well.
Hi, I did this just now but unable to verify yet because I have uninstall the SIM, delete its folder from both directory I mention earlier and do a fresh install. Will let everyone knows how it goes after the sim finish install to the latest vesion WU6.

Re: FG1D Corsair makes my MSFS2020 CTD.
Hi All,
Sorry for the late feedback. It seems that what causing the crashing was my Thrustmaster rudder pedal. Before this it was my Asus RTX 2080 Super. I had to reduce the clocking and the sim didn't crash.
Now after that is gone, the sim crash because of the rudder pedal. This SU5 and all the updates introduce after it is a pain in the ass for simmers like me who have a decent PC to run all type of games.
I have no issue with DCS only the SIM.
Now whats more weird is that I can't fly any of the aircraft that come with Premium version, the corsair but I can the H145 helicopter made by the Hype Performance Group. No CTD while flying using the rudder.
Its really pisses me off since I can't fly my Corsair for almost a month now and the only thing that save me is that beta H145 helicopter LOL.
I already open a ticket with Zendesk:
Request #124389 CTD when using thrustmaster rudder padel
Can someone out there help me?
My PC Specs:
Two monitor Acer Predator
ROG STRIX Asus RTX 2080 Super (stock)

Problem solved.
It seems it was due to corrupted profile for my rudder in Steam cloud.
