Will it work with 4.5?

The compatibility list shows some of the slightly older planes like the F-4's and the T-38A as being compatible with P3D V4. It doesn't say 4.4+ or 4.5. So does that mean it will not work with the latest V4 version which is 4.5.14.34698? I was looking at purchasing the Advanced Series F-4J/S for P3D V4 but now I'm not so sure. I already have the F-4E TP Phantom and I tried to get it to work with V4.5 but it won't even install correctly. I really want the F-4J/S but not sure I'd be willing to find and install an older version of P3D V4 just to make it work. An I'm not sure when/if the Phantoms will be upgraded for V5.
So will the Advanced series F-4J/S work with P3D V4.5?
