Have the same problem with my KA350i.

Once I've done login,I click at download button and then receive a message that says Access Denied (in my language - Portuguese)

Can you help me?

Hello I have the exact same problem. When opening the download link it say´s the access is denyied and I have to call the support ?!? I bought the FG-1D.
