P3D not compatible with latest NVIDIA RTX 30 drivers

I have an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 graphics card. P3D works normally with GeForce Game Ready driver 461.92. However, P3D fails with GeForce Game Ready drivers 465.89 or 466.11 (released today). I've attached a screenshot of the failure message. I've returned my RTX 3090 driver back to 461.92.
