NEEDS ACTIVATION

Hi, I purchased the Pc-6 today, o/n ************. Installation done according to your instructions. When i fire up P3d ver4 i get the message ACTIVATION INVALID. My key is [removed by moderator], what do ineed to do? Please advise,thank you, Ed.

Your key activation has not reached our activation system.
There have been several cases where a licence key has been rejected for a seemingly bizarre reason

• Sometimes typing the key in has worked where copying and pasting didn't
• Occasionally windows archive extractor corrupts the file
  - try using 7zip instead https://www.7-zip.org/download.html
• Sometimes a punctuation character or accented letter can cause a key rejection
• windows not being up to date can cause this issue
• your firewall may be intercepting the activation request
• uninstalling and then re-installing a second time with a reboot inbetween can also clear this problem up
• most common of all is not running the installer as admin
