Slow download rates

does anyone else notice very slow download rates ?

600 Kb/s is the maximum i get

I think those on lockdown are hammering net capacity - I have heard that some ISPs are throttling bandwidth.

Maybe, i haven't noticed it on another page, just here on MilViz, that's why i'm asking.

Downloaded the KA-350 today, download speeds are still slow

Maximum speed I can get, even with multi-threading (tried both with and without) is 250 kb/sec. This is the only website I am seemingly throttled on, which leads me to believe it's the Milviz website.
