SendOwl email not valid?

Went to log in reset password (send me link and everything) then when I go to log in it said "not a valid email". Help! 
The password reset links only last for about 30 mins.
If you need your product d/l link re-sent, or if you want to confirm you have the correct sendowl login, please email me.
