F-4J and F-4S Centerline Tank Jettison

How do you jettison the centerline tank on the Milviz F-4J and F-4S. Following that procedure from the real F-4J/S manuals does not jettison the CL tank:

External Centerline Tank Jettison
Centerline external stores may be made ready for jettison by accomplishing the following:
landing gear handle, UP;
centerline station switch, READY;
bomb control switch, DIRECT;
weapons switch CONV-OFF NUCL-ON.
With these switches set, the centerline store may be jettisoned by depressing the bomb release button on the control stick grip.

TACPACK or none TACPACK? Bomb release button assigned in the MVAMS?

I have tacpack. I have mapped the bomb release button in both TackPack and MVMAMS. I can drop bombs. I have no clue why I can't drop my CL tank.

They might be conflicting. Try assigning one or the other.

Almost a year later and I still can't drop external tanks.
I am running the latest versions of TacPack and P3d V4.5.
I can drop bombs and fire guns and fire missiles.

I also noticed that I can't drop wing tanks either.
Wing tanks are dropped by a single toggle switch.
I can highlight the switch with the mouse, but it won't toggle.

The only way I can get rid of drop tanks is to use the emergency jettison.

Whereas, on the F-4E, everything works the way it should.
