BE 350i

Hi I recently acquired a BE 350i. Extraordinary design. So I have 2 questions:

1. How do you open the door while being in the cabin
2. The FMS has an option to see the charts. After selecting the “charts” option, I hover around over the chart I would, ai click on “push/select”, but the chart disappears. I’ve tried several times, different ways from different views from the cabin. Do you have any suggestions. Does the aircraft app comes with charts? Do I have to obtain them separately?

1. Open the door by clicking on the door handle if in the cabin. Click anywhere on the door(s) if you are outside.

I already installed an updated Navigraph data and still can't view the chart. The screen is just black.
Is this feature under development?
