RESOLVED - 310R Paint Kit Download Failures

I have been trying for several hours now to download the 310R Paint Kit. Security is turned off, but every attempt stops at a different place/time with a failure notification. Also tried to download the User Manual for the 310 with almost the same results. You get the black screen for a PDF file, then it just sits there for minutes on end indicating that it is downloading data from MilViz. System problem at MilViz ???? None here.

EDIT: Got the User Manual, still cannot get the paint kit.

EDIT 2: Okay, I have tried 50 (Five Zero) times to download the 310R Paint Kit. The download fails anyplace between 1.3 MB (low) to 96.2 MB (high) in the 50 tries between yesterday and this morning. There is a server issue someplace and I don't think it is here on my end. This brings two questions:
1) Just how big is this zip file? and 2) Is there a different server from which I can download the 310R Paint Kit? This one is apparently NOT WORKING and is an absolute waste of time.
