Recent Problems

Been flying the 310 Redux for a while now and have just recently run into switch problems. One of the magneto switches as well as the landing light switch both do not stay in the up or on position. They go up with a click but snap back down again. Also, the landing gear seems to be sticking" when the G command is pushed on the keyboard. Clicking the gear switch doesn't help either. If I keep at it eventually it comes down but it can sure ruin a landing. I'd appreciate any advice or guidance you can give me.
