So frustrating

I purchased the Beaver & expansion. Problems installing and setting up. After about two days I finally got it working right.

So then I purchased the Otter. Got that installed but could not get the gps to come up. Just nothing. Tried the Beaver and it seemed to have that same problem.

I've tried everything. All different trials with the setup programs. Nothing works. I looked through the manuals but found nothing that would help.

At this point I've spent almost $100 on two aircraft that I can't use.

I think, but not sure, the problem somehow lies in the setup programs.

So far I've wasted a ton of hours on this.I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help.

Please don't transfer this elsewhere. Just give me info that will solve the problem.
