Can't get my F-86 to start

Hi Guys,

I am a retired military aviator. I just reinstalled the F-86 on a new computer. Got a new installer from my account and disabled my anti-virus.
When I start the engine using the quick-start procedures: I hear the starter running and get through step 4 - but the temp and RPM never increase.

I have tried several times - with the same result. Advice please.

Do you click the throttle twice?

Certainly did (and saw the throttle base move ), but still no start
