Cessna 310R Redux door

When I open the door from inside, it opens, the light goes on and then it immediately closes. If I try again, it starts to open and then closes immediately. Also, I thought both doors could be opened while outside. Mine don't. I'm running FSX SE in Windows 10. Thanks

Make certain you aren't parked at or adjacent to a fuel station.

The open/close from the outside view only works in P3D.

Thanks - I have been leaving my airplanes by the fuel station at KPIE. I'll change that. And I guess I'll leave one of the kids inside so he can open the door for me.
