Good Afternoon,

I bought the MV310R tonight but I am unable to download it.

Did I do something wrong? The download page says that download is blocked and that I must contact the vendor :-)

Did you get sorted?

I'm also seeing this today after purchasing.
I sent an email to info@milviz.com with my Order ID.
Hopefully it will be sorted sooner rather than later.

Please email me your order numbers info@milviz.com if I haven't already responded to you on there.

It is likely due to the wrong country being selected during the order process. The order gets flagged because the wrong VAT was charged.

I will have to refund it and have you purchase again using the correct country details.

I ordered the PC-6 a while ago and had a crash and needed to reload MS flight sim. I need to reload it but cant seem to find a login or reload on the homepage. How do I go about re-downloading it?

I can't find any order with the email you are using in the forums are you sure you bought it from us directly?

I bought it from within the game. I am good now as I am currently downloading it.... Thanks for the help.
