P3DV5 How to install WX Advantage Radar

I own a WX Advantage Radar purchased in SimMarket on Dec 2018. Now I would like to install it in P3Dv5 and I see it only at https://milviz.com/flight/products/WXRadarV5/. Will I have to pay the full price or am I elected for a discount?
