Double Flameout!

Yikes, was on a long downwind to land and had a double flameout...... then followed by the stall and crash. Was this a bird strike? Ironically just before this I suffered the loss of my #2 engine while descending through a cloud deck. I thought it might be icing so I turned the engine anti-ice on and was able to get a relight. Is there any way to tell what caused this? Such as a failure notification?

Hard to say what caused it without a full FTI.
While not common, there are some failure combinations that can result catastrophic. For example, an engine failure and an electrical system failure.. Or a live engine stall due to an abrupt maneuver or high AOA /sideslip buildup after an engine loss.

The dual engine loss due to a flock of birds ingestion is also a possibility... remote, but it can happen in the ADV.

Well I was straight and level on the downwind...... about 1500' AGL when they both quit. So I'm thinking the rare bird strike. The flight controls went out due to loss of hydraulics and it was uncontrollable. We need ejection seats modeled in these!

Any drop tanks on? Fuel switches in the proper positions?

I had already burned through my centerline tank and was on internal fuel. I had plenty of fuel left. Definitely not fuel starvation.

Oh yeah. Engine icing is definitely modeled. Descending through some clouds it happened to me again. Luckily I was quick on the engine anti-ice switch and I got them re-lit.
