Hi! Everytime when I start up F-4E adv I have to go to adv meny and configure the aircraft. My adv settings are not saved as before the latest update. After the update the aircraft will not start with engine running. I load F-4E and then I have to click at "nucl store consent" to start the engine.

Which, btw, is in the manual. Maybe you should read it.

As KC said, running as admin is required. It sounds like your AMS and your sim are not being allowed to read and write to the config files.

I always read the manual. That's the way I always learn about a new software. The MVAMS runs already as Admin. Before the latest update everything works fine.

Is your default flight one which starts engines running? Do the AMS settings at least persist?

Also while the AMS is set to run as admin, what about your sim? Did you update that recently?
