Hi! How does the "Afterburner Threshold" in Milviz Addon Management system affect my F-4E Adv? How can i use the function? What is "CSS Roll- and Pitch dampening"? What do I use "Auto Steer point sequence" for?

Afterburner threshold allows you to set the MIL/Minimum AB position in relation to your hardware.

CSS roll and pitch damping are for the control stick steering autopilot mode to scale down your stick movements for finer adjustments.

Auto steerpoint sequence is if you have a flight plan loaded and want to automatically step through the sequence points on the nav computer in TGT 2 mode.

In addition to Jon's comments:
Afterburners threshold should be set around 85% in the ADV for working correctly.

Is this the way an Adm Site answers a question here?

Anyway I read the manual contained in the product and also did not see any detailed explanation on the CSS roll and pitch damping settings.

Thank you.

Admins have answered your questions so what's the fuss?
There is more info on the MVAMS settings here: http://milviz.com/Online_products/Manuals/MVAMSF4SJ.pdf
(It is for the J/S but many of the settings are similar)

I think you are confusing me with someone else, I asked the question 3 hours ago and no one had answered yet, I just wondered the way an Adm answered a customer (not me) the same question I have.

Anyway,as I mentioned earlier, I read the manual even had science of the pdf file that you indicated me above.

My question is about the Pitch Dampening setting (MVAMS), that is, in practice, what it would do. In the case of the Pitch Dead zone I have an idea for the name itself.

Another question, what´s the Milviz recommended (P3D Settings Controls) for Sensitivity and Null Zone for the F-4.

Thanks

The deadzone bit controls the point at which CSS gets activated and the autopilot's attitude hold gets disconnected on that axis. When the stick is back inside the deadzone it connects again to that axis and holds the new attitude.

Mr Bleeker,please,I have 2 questions:

1) If I understand, Pitch Dampening setting (MVAMS), in pratice is related only to Autopilot operation? Not hand flying isn´t it?

2) What´s the Milviz recommended (P3D Settings Controls) for Sensitivity and Null Zone for the Phanton F-4.

I thank you in advance.

1) Correct.

2) We don't particularly have a recommended setting. That's entirely up to the end user based on their hardware. If you have a really good stable setup the deadzone can be null, otherwise I would recommend a small value. For sensitivity, if you have a large stick travel due to extensions on your hardware then you could leave it at max. Otherwise drop it down to half or so.

That person "Krazycolin" Answer in the same way "RTFM". I will not buy anything from Milwiz because of this person. He is dangerous for the company operating as Milviz.
