Hi, I've noticed that on start with GPU, at 12% you have a second or two to move the throttle to the on position for start. If you miss the start and the engine starts to wind down then it's impossible to start the engine. Starter switch will not move either by clicking on VC or by using mapped start button. Thanks for your help.

Beyond 12% RPMs ,the engine keeps spooling-up to 22% on GPU air at a quite slow rate. The whole sequence takes more that 22 seconds (starting to count from 12% RPMs) before the wind down happens as being considered it´s an aborted/failed start.
The engine start switch moves right or left (is that your "starter button"?) and returns to its position automatically depending on the sequence (either GPU or Cartridge start). You also need to move the throttle to IDLE from OFF position once RPMs are AT or above 12%.
*edit*
Please, check that you have also clicked on "Signal External Airflow Start" (Addons->Milviz F4 Phantom II). If you see smoke during the startup sequence it´s because the cartridge start is triggered. This happens when Signal External Airflow Start is not activated.
In the cartridge start, the throttles must be moved to idle at the very begining of the cartridge fire (RPM = 0%). For more info on startup procedures you can check the F4E TO-1...Also check the FAQs section of the ADV Manual (\Milviz Phantom II\Documents)...bullet #4
