Installing F4E/F4J

Installing F4E/F4J

I have the Tacpack and Adv versions 180712 of both the F4E and F4J/S but the base installer of each is only 180221.

I installed only the base and ran the MVAMS to see if it would update to 180712 so i can install tacpack then the adv versions, but the MVAMS will not upadate. Do I need to have all the same versions and if so how i do i get the base ver?
