No "ADVANCED" menu after re-install

Wonder if anyone else is having this issue.
After doing a clean re-install of my p3d(on a formatted ssd drive)I have lost my ADV Failures Configuration Menu. I have reinstalled the f4e in this order
F4e
F4e adv
TacPac
All version vA1.180712
Please note, I had my virus protection turned off during download and install. I have the latest direct-x installed and all all of the redist interface packs installed. I've tried re-downloading it and deleting and re-installing it several time with no luck. I have P3d ver 4.5.13.32097 and simconnect ver 4.5.0.0
Please help!!!
